I will be teaching a series of pencil portraiture classes at the Camas Gallery, Camas, WA, for four consecutive Mondays starting February 24th. The class is designed for anyone at any level of artist abilities to successfully draw a portrait and have lots of fun in the process.

- Strathmore Drawing Paper 400 Series/80 lb. wt. (9x12 suggest page size)
- Drawing Pencils: 6H, 4H, 2H, H, HB, 2B, 4B, 6B (all of the same brand)

- White Eraser
- Kneaded Eraser (also known as Gum Eraser) - Eraser Pen (Optional)
- Blending Stumps and/or Tortillons
- Draftsman Brush
- Tub Pencil Sharpener or Electric Pencil sharpener
- Low tack Tape
- Compass or Ruler - Drawing Board
- A clear photograph (preferably black and white) of the subject you want to draw. Head shot only
